EBAY SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have Been an Ebay Member since 1999
Almost the entire time a Perfect 100% Positive feedback, and for the past two years it has been Perfect
This guy "general_jack_oneill_sg1"gets his Sling, and then Files a Chargeback against me with Paypal, then Leave Negative Feedback, Calling me a THIEF and a SWINDLER.
and Ebay wont remove it, because its not Profanity
The Online Support Neil A. tells be that it would be taken care of, and to submit the email explaining everything, then ebay tell me today TO BAD
I have to Live with it

Robert, we know that members occasionally receive feedback that they feel is inaccurate, or just plain unfair. I understand how frustrating that can be.
However, when an auction closes with a high winning bidder, the winning bidder is allowed to leave a feedback comment for the transaction. This is regardless of what events transpire after the auction has ended. For this reason, we cannot block buyers from leaving negative or neutral feedback.
The eBay Feedback Forum is a member-to-member tool that gives people a place to speak freely without worrying about being censored.
Members are solely responsible for the comments they post, and we can remove a member's comments only under certain conditions.
Even if a member leaves Feedback that is unfair, untruthful, or harmful to a member's reputation, we can't remove it without a court order describing the comments as libelous, defamatory, or illegal.
Fortunately, your eBay reputation is based on all the Feedback you receive, not a single comment.
