BY PURCHASING AN ITEM ON THIS SITE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE POLICIES SET FORTH ON THIS PAGE.
TheVestguy.com is strictly a retail store. Reputable companies manufacture the products that we sell. TheVestguy.com does not open, inspect, or test the individual items before shipping. Therefore, TheVestguy.com.com does not provide warranty service for any of the products sold on its website. Warranties, if any, for those products that we sell are provided and serviced by the manufacturer of that particular product. TheVestguy.com does not warrant that any of the products sold perform as advertised by the manufacturers, their agents, or by any other form of advertisement.
Before you purchase any product from our company, please check to make sure that you completely understand the conditions of that know manufacturer's warranty policy. ANY and ALL warranty, repair, or faulty equipment questions MUST be directed to the manufacturer of the item in question. We have selected only those manufacturer’s that will provide courteous, and prompt, customer support. Your after-purchase needs and concerns can easily be resolved by the manufacturer of that particular product. Neither TheVestguy.com, or the manufacturer, is responsible for the shipping costs of any item requiring warranty service.

Please be aware that certain moveable parts used in paintball guns are not generally covered under warranty and it is understood that these parts by the nature of their activity wear out and need replacement. Examples are, but are not limited to, o-rings, springs, valve seats, and cup seals. Generally, installation of aftermarket parts and unauthorized "airsmith" modifications will void your factory warranty. TheVestguy.com will not provide refunds or credits for any paintball gun that has been modified in any way.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, simply visit our web site at TheVestguy.com.com and go to Help Desk on the menu. Next go to the Returns Page and complete the Return Form. Once you have completed the form and submitted it to us, we will send you a Return Authorization Number that will allow you to return the item to us.
CONDITIONS
You may return most merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Certain products may not be returned for any reason. These items include: paintballs, clothing, and video games. Additionally, those items that are missing parts or are damaged (broken, cracked, soiled, etc) can not be returned.
Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional return charges as so determined by those items that are missing from the return.
All free items must be returned together with the purchased items in order to receive a refund.
All products returned will be subject to a 20% restocking / reconditioning fee.
You must include a copy of the invoice that you received with your order.
NO RETURNS after 30 days from the date you receive your order.
You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us before you can send any item back to our warehouse. If you attempt to send any package to our warehouse without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER plainly visible on the outside of the package, that package will be returned to the sender.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Specially ordered or custom made items are not refundable. All "Sale" and “Close Out” items or specially discounted sales are not refundable.
PROCESS
If you meet the conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
First, fill in and submit the RETURN REQUEST FORM in the HELP DESK under RETURNS and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. TheVestguy.com, will not take returns over the telephone, we require a the Return Request Form for our audit trail. Not following this procedure will delay your return.
TheVestguy.com.com will email you with a Return Authorization (RA) number usually within 48 hours.
Please write your authorization number on the outside of the box you are returning, next to your return address. Without a visible RA number on the outside of the return box, our receiving department will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with merchandise being returned.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
After receiving your authorized return TheVestguy.com, will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure that the conditions set forth above are met.
If the item(s) you are authorized to return don't meet the conditions set forth above, TheVestguy.com, will return the item(s) to you at your cost.
If all the conditions are met TheVestguy.com, will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus any applicable return fee. The refund will be issued by the same method you used for payment. Please allow a week from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear on your credit card.
TheVestguy.com, will not refund you for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer.
TheVestguy.com.com inspects, and weighs, each order to insure its accuracy before shipping. Claims of shortages must be reported by using the MISSING ITEM FORM within 48 hours of delivery of the order. After 48 hours no claims will be honored. We do not honor verbal claims, so please do not call us, as this will only delay our investigation.
If, after placing an order with TheVestguy.com, you decide that you do not want the order, you must cancel the order BEFORE we ship it by using our CANCEL ORDER FORM. If you cancel your order after TheVestguy.com has shipped it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it. Refusing to accept the delivery of your TheVestguy.com order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you. The refund that you will receive is only for the merchandise returned to us.
TheVestguy.com.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, PAYPAL, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and personal checks. Credit Card orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Money Orders and Cashiers checks will be processed when received. Orders placed with Personal Checks will be held until they clear the bank (7-10 days), before they are processed.
TheVestguy.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising out of your purchase or by the use of the goods sold by our store.
Please note that "paintball equipment" may be prohibited or restricted in your area. The buyer should follow all local laws and ordinances in their state regarding paintball equipment, including age limitations on purchases. Please check before you order. TheVestguy.com will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed in your area. International customers are responsible for paying tariffs, duties, custom charges and/or any fees imposed by their country for allowing the purchased products to enter. International customers are also responsible for laws governing the purchase, possession and/or use of paintball equipment in their country. TheVestguy.com.com will not refund or accept a return from an International customer due to the restrictions placed upon such equipment by their country.
